During a visit to the United States on March 23 , Lithuania ' s Minister of Foreign Affairs , Gabrielius Landsbergis , praised the Pennsylvania National Guard for their outstanding cooperation with Lithuania . The visit included a delegation from Lithuania , which was hosted by Major General James McCormack and other members of the Pennsylvania National Guard .
