The APG Senior Leadership Cohort 15 recently finished their 10 - month program with a graduation ceremony at the Mallette Training Facility on February 15 , 2024 . During the ceremony , U . S . Army Communications - Electronics Command Internal Review Director E’Meka Davis proudly showed off her completion certificate , with Liz Miranda and Elizabeth Ferry looking on . CECOM Command Sgt . Maj . Michael Conaty commended the graduates for their contributions to the Army . The event was a casual gathering of family , friends , co - workers , and leadership celebrating the 36 civilian employees who completed the program . The program , established in 2009 , aims to cultivate strong leaders within the APG community . Key aspects of the program include executive coaching , skills assessments , and community - based projects . The ceremony featured remarks from APG leaders who highlighted the importance of developing impactful leaders . Graduates were encouraged to share their positive experiences with others to ensure the program ' s success in the future . Conaty stressed the significance of developing leaders within the Army and urged the graduates to inspire others with their leadership skills . He thanked Cohort 15 for their hard work and dedication , recognizing their impact on the Army . Three graduates shared their personal growth stories from the program . The Program Director praised Cohort 15 for their inquisitive nature and valuable feedback . All graduates reaffirmed their commitment to the U . S . Constitution and received certificates and coins .
