☷Shreveport Gang Member Sentenced in Federal Court for Illegally Possessing a Firearm While Under Indictment on State Court Charge of Second Degree Murder

Hey , so yesterday in Shreveport , Devoris Antonio Hardy got sentenced to 3 years in prison for some firearms charges . Apparently he was involved in a gang and got caught up in some messy stuff . He was indicted for second - degree murder , but ended up getting convicted of negligent homicide . The guy was found with a Glock pistol after a shootout , and admitted to using it . Overall , he ' s not a great guy and doesn ' t seem to care much about other people ' s lives . Just a heads up , this dude is definitely trouble . "We are pleased that the court changed the sentencing guidelines in this case to 36 months . We are working with law enforcement at all levels and District Attorney Stewart ' s office to get guns out of the wrong hands and to bring Shreve to justice . " Porter ' s most dangerous individuals are housed in state and federal prisons . " Tobacco , Firearms and Explosives and the Shreveport Police Department , prosecuted by Assistant U . S .
