☷Gang Member Admits Racketeering and Firearms Charges

Hey , so this dude named Amir Warden , also known as "Stamps" or "Killa" , copped to being involved in some racketeering stuff and having guns and ammo as a convicted felon . He pleaded guilty on Feb . 22 in Newark federal court . Basically , he was part of the Rollin ' 60s Neighborhood Crips gang from 2015 to 2022 , and was in charge of distributing drugs and all that . Dude even had three loaded guns and a bunch of ammo while being a convicted felon . Now he ' s looking at up to 20 years in prison and a hefty fine . Sentencing is set for June 25 . Shoutout to the DEA , IRS , and ATF for busting this guy . This case is being handled by a bunch of different agencies , including the Union County Prosecutor ' s Office , the Spotswood Police Department , and the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation Fugitive and Missing Person Task Force . It ' s part of an investigation by the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces ( OCDETF ) , which goes after the big criminal organizations that pose a threat to the US . Assistant U . S .
