A guy named Andrew Tyler Harp got sentenced to 10 years in prison by Judge Marcia Morales Howard . He got caught for trying to distribute a bunch of meth and for having a gun even though he wasn ' t allowed to . The cops saw him do some sketchy stuff while driving and started chasing him . He tried to ditch some drugs and a gun , but they found it all . Eventually , they caught him hiding in the woods with the help of a police dog and a helicopter . The St . Johns County Sheriff ' s Office , DEA , and ATF all worked together on this case . It ' s part of a program called Project Safe Neighborhoods that ' s trying to reduce crime and make communities safer .
