The Federal Reserve Board announced on Thursday that they have taken action against a few individuals . John Freeze , a former employee of Bank of Jackson Hole in Wyoming , has been issued a consent prohibition order for misappropriating documents , including confidential supervisory information . Randy Johnson , a former employee of Farmers and Merchants Savings Bank in Iowa , has also been issued a consent cease and desist order and civil money penalty for misappropriation of confidential bank records . The same actions have been taken against Chad Kellogg and Jeffrey Hines , who are also former employees of Farmers and Merchants Savings Bank .
