☷Felon Admits Robbing St Louis Pizza Delivery Driver

In St . Louis , a guy who has been convicted before admitted to robbing a pizza delivery guy at gunpoint last year . His name is Antione L . Shockley , and he pleaded guilty in U . S . District Court to robbery and possession of a firearm as a convicted felon . Shockley confessed that he set up a fake delivery to an empty house in the Central West End neighborhood , and when the driver showed up , he pulled out a gun and demanded the food . He also admitted to firing a handgun in a school zone a few months later . When the police arrived , Shockley handed over the gun he was holding to a woman and then dropped a stolen Ruger and a rifle on the ground . Shockley isn ' t allowed to have guns because of his previous conviction . When he was arrested , he even hit one of the officers in the head . As part of his deal , Shockley will also plead guilty to a gun charge and resisting arrest in St . Louis Circuit Court . He ' s going to be sentenced on April 9 , and both sides have agreed to recommend 10 years in prison . The St . Louis Metropolitan Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol , Tobacco , Firearms and Explosives investigated the case , and Assistant U . S . Attorney Zachary Bluestone is the one prosecuting it .
