☷New Orleans Man Sentenced for Distributing Methamphetamine and Maintaining Drug Premises

In New Orleans , a guy named Ryan Negrotto , also known as "WHITE BOY , " got sentenced to 255 months in prison by Judge Eldon E . Fallon . He had pleaded guilty to eight charges in the indictment against him . After his release , he ' ll be on supervised release for five years and has to pay a $100 assessment fee for each charge . The charges include conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine , distribution and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine , possession of a firearm in connection with drug trafficking , possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine , and using or maintaining a drug premises . The Bureau of Alcohol , Tobacco , Firearms and Explosives found out about a motorcycle shop in New Orleans that housed drug dealers , and a Confidential Informant witnessed drug sales and discussions about them at the shop . The CI discovered that Negrotto was one of the renters . Negrotto sold methamphetamine to the CI multiple times , including one sale of over 300 grams and another sale of over 400 grams . This case is part of a program called Project Safe Neighborhoods , which aims to reduce violent crime and gun violence . The investigation involved the ATF , the New Orleans Police Department , and the Louisiana State Police , and the prosecution was handled by Assistant U . S . Attorney Mike Trummel .
