☷Former FedEx Driver Sentenced for Selling Firearms He Stole From Packages on His Truck

A guy from Middleborough , Massachusetts got sentenced to six days in jail for stealing and selling three guns from FedEx packages he was supposed to deliver . The government wanted him to serve 10 months , but he only got six days . He also has to do community service and be on probation for three years . This all happened because he used to work as a FedEx driver and stole the guns from packages he was supposed to deliver . He sold the guns to an undercover agent on two different occasions . The announcement was made by the Acting United States Attorney , the Special Agent in Charge of the Bureau of Alcohol , Tobacco , Firearms & Explosives , and the Middleborough Police Chief . The case was prosecuted by Assistant U . S . Attorney Elianna J . Nuzum .
