Jacobs Technology Inc . in Tullahoma , Tennessee , got a $56 . 7 million contract modification to provide base operating support services at various Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command Northwest installations . This brings their total contract value to $445 . 7 million . The work will be done at locations in Washington , Alaska , Idaho , Iowa , Minnesota , Montana , Nebraska , Oregon , North Dakota , South Dakota , and Wyoming , with completion expected by March 2025 .
