☷Bloods Gang Member Pleads Guilty to Drug and Gun Charges

Rochester local Rasheem "Coop" Sullivan , 31 , pleaded guilty today to conspiracy charges for distributing controlled substances and illegally possessing a firearm . The charges could result in a prison term of at least five years , a maximum life sentence , and a $250 , 000 fine . Assistant U . S . Attorney Douglas E . Gregory revealed that Sullivan is affiliated with the Bloods Gang and claims to be the leader of a local subset called the Immortal Stone Gorilla Gang . Sullivan and other members of the Blood Gang were arrested in December 2022 after an extensive investigation into drug trafficking , weapons possession , and related violence . Law enforcement officials discovered narcotics , cash , and multiple firearms during searches of locations connected to Sullivan ' s operation . In his residence , they found a loaded Glock 10 mm pistol with 16 rounds of ammunition . The investigation was initiated following the murder of Rochester Police Department Investigator Anthony Mazurkewicz and the assault of Investigator Sino Seng in July 2022 . It is alleged that Sullivan ' s associates were involved in a violent rivalry with a group led by Brandon "B - Mack" Washington , who was also charged with federal drug and weapons offenses in September 2022 . The case was investigated by the Rochester Police Department , the Drug Enforcement Administration , and the Bureau of Alcohol , Tobacco and Firearms . Sentencing is set for May 21 before Judge Geraci .
