The US Department of Labor recently won a case against a restaurant in Idaho Falls , ordering them to pay $319K for various labor violations . Mackenzie River Pizza was found guilty of illegally sharing tips , violating child labor laws , and not paying overtime wages . The court judgment requires the employer to pay back wages and damages to 69 workers , as well as fines and penalties .
