☷U S Attorney Charges Two Men With Firebombing a Mount Kisco Residence and Conspiring To Stalk a Westchester Businessman

According to the complaint , on January 11 , the defendants brought a homemade destructive device to a neighborhood in Mount Kisco , New York , and left it in the victim ' s driveway , where it exploded . The complaint also states that later that same day , the victim received a text message as part of the conspiracy , warning him that it was his "final warning . " Stanivukovic , who owns a contracting company , has been involved in a legal dispute with the victim for a long time . During the search of Stanivukovic ' s residence , law enforcement found multiple loaded firearms , items related to making the destructive device , and written instructions on making explosives . The defendants were brought before U . S . Magistrate Judge Victoria Reznik on January 13 and were detained without bail . The Acting Commissioner of the Westchester County Department of Public Safety , Terrance Raynor , gave props to all the agencies involved for their awesome teamwork in swiftly wrapping up this investigation . It just goes to show how important it is to have different agencies working together to keep Westchester safe . Later that day , around 12:11 p . m . , the victim got a text from a specific phone number saying something like "Knock knock , be ready ' cause something big is coming . This is your last warning . " And wouldn ' t you know it , the cellphone tied to that phone number was traced back to where Stanivukovic does business and the black Jeep Grand Cherokee . According to the criminal complaint , around 5:11 a . m . on January 11 , 2024 , Stanivukovic and Radunovic cruised through Rockland County , New York to Westchester County , New York in a black Jeep Grand Cherokee . They stopped by the victim ' s place in Mount Kisco , New York and dropped off a destructive device that went kaboom! The cops found a box at the scene with Stanivukovic ' s name and address on it , along with a 2 . 5 - gallon gasoline can , firework tubing , and residue .
