   The City of Commerce City Wellness Program is excited to bring back Nourish , a new well - being challenge that helps turn healthy eating intentions into lifelong habits . Wrapped in a captivating garden theme , Nourish lets you choose the most meaningful and motivating activities . Grow virtual veggies , fruits , and grains from around the world by recording health activities . Then try delicious recipes with ingredients from your garden — 7 new recipes each week! Learn how you can increase energy , lift mood , and sharpen focus by eating more nutrient - rich food and less nutrient - deficient food in Nourish .
   For this challenge to count toward the 2025 floating holiday and to earn 1000 work tango points in the Wellness Program , employees need to grow at least 20 plants throughout the challenge .
