By leading the implementation and coordination of the Local Collaborative Time Study (LCTS), you'll play a crucial role in optimizing community initiatives and programs, directly benefiting families and children in Carlton County.

Leadership Opportunities

Community Engagement
: Represent the Community & Family Initiatives Department in a professional manner within the community, attending meetings, events, and community fairs. Build and maintain cooperative working relationships with various stakeholders, mobilizing around shared priorities to drive positive change.
Diverse Responsibilities
: This role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from overseeing the LCTS and supporting the Collaborative Board to providing general administrative support, managing fiscal aspects, and coordinating community education activities. You'll have the chance to engage in varied tasks that contribute to the department's overall mission and objectives.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent plus two (2) years of additional specialized training in office management, communications, education, social work, bookkeeping or related field. Minimum of two (2) years of professional office/bookkeeping experience. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in education, social services, or related field. Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job. Webpage design, social media account administration and/or marketing experience.
Training Required:
Complete LCTS Activity Code and Collaborative training within thirty (30) days of hire.
Certificates/Licenses Required:
Valid driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle insurance.
