☷US Department of Labor finds Wisconsin wood flooring manufacturer continues to expose workers to multiple hazards at plant

   A wood flooring manufacturer in Wisconsin is still putting their workers in danger , according to the US Department of Labor . The Occupational Safety and Health Administration ( OSHA ) inspected WD Flooring LLC and found numerous violations , including a lack of training and safety procedures . OSHA has proposed a penalty of $269 , 662 for the company . The violations include failure to use lockout/tagout procedures , inadequate guarding of machinery , and a lack of fall protection and personal protective equipment . WD Flooring has 15 days to comply with the citations or contest the findings .
