The Wilmington City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday , March 5 , at 6:30 p . m . inside Council Chambers at City Hall , located at 102 North Third Street .
   Items of interest include:
   Presentation of the President’s Lifetime Achievement Award to Sonya Patrick
   Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into an agreement with the Convention and Visitor’s Bureau to provide $650 , 000 in American Rescue Plan Act ( ARPA ) funding to provide tourism enhancements in the Riverwalk area . If approved , the enhancements would include Gateway Signage and Wayfinding markers , information boards , holiday lighting , and event promotions and marketing .
