The Wilmington City Council will hold a regular meeting on Tuesday , Feb . 6 at 6:30 p . m . inside Council Chambers at City Hall , located at 102 North Third Street .
   Items of interest include:
   A resolution adopting the City of Wilmington 2025 - 2030 Strategic Plan . The plan includes five focus areas: Housing & Neighborhoods , Transportation and Infrastructure , Safety , Organizational Excellence , and Economic Development and Cultural Vibrancy .
