POSITION SUMMARY:
This position provides the Airport with administrative support and customer service assistance. Airport CSR Representative will receive money from airport tenants, vendors and onsite sales. Airport CSR Representative will answer questions on airport operations and prepare a variety of related clerical, bookkeeping and accounting tasks as required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Regular and timely attendance at work.
May be required to attend Airport events.
Receives payment for City Airport services from tenants, vendors and onsite sales. (Includes but not limited to: deposits, payments, past-due amounts, etc.).
Update deposit register, issuing any refunds due to tenants.
Balances daily receipts and accounts for cash on hand; prepares bank deposit.
Posts receipts for payments on daily basis to computer.
Provides account status information to the public.
Resolve complaints or refers complaints to the Airport Director.
Assists in updating deposit ledger.
Orders supplies and materials for airport (if needed).
Generates monthly financial reports, as directed, for accounting and record keeping purposes.
Process non-sufficient funds checks and logs appropriately.
Assist with purchase and sale of fuel.
Maintain airport social media.
Assist with issuance of NOTAM’s.
Maintain airport courtesy car.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Degrees, Certifications, and / or Licenses
:
Education and Experience
High School Graduate or GED equivalent required.
One to two years prior customer service, cash collections or secretarial experience in an office setting preferred.
Knowledge of aviation operations a plus.
Accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred.
Strong working mastery of Microsoft Excel preferred (formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
Prior experience working in Incode software preferred.
Possession and ability to maintain valid Class “C” Texas Driver’s License with acceptable driving history.

Knowledge of:
Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel (Excel, Word, Outlook, Explorer)
Incode system software.
Customer service practices and principles.
Financial record keeping.
State, federal and municipal laws to apply to position.
City policies and ordinances that are applicable.
Ability to:
Follow standardized routines and to operate office machines and computer.
Ability to organize and accurately record data.
Interpret and apply established rules, regulations and requirements.
Make change and perform simple mathematical calculations.
Read, analyze, and interpret reports and documents.
Effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers, citizens, and vendors.
Establish effective and courteous working relationships with public and other City departments, ability to act with tact and impartiality.
Meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks under pressure.
Pass drug screen test and criminal background history.
Skills:
Problem solving and conflict mediation.
Type 45 wpm and to process and enter payments to account information in the computer.
Operate a 10-key adding machine and calculator.
Multi-task with distractions and minimal errors.
PAY GRADE:
3
($15,537.60 - $22,536.80) depending upon experience and qualifications.
LOCATION
: Cleveland Municipal Airport
STATUS
: Part-time, non-exempt, at-will status - 20 hours or less per week. (
Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Primary Hours: Friday 8AM - 6PM, Saturday 8AM - 6PM, Sunday 1PM - 6PM and Monday 8AM - 6PM
