   A contractor will close a lane of Waughtown Street between Butler and Marble streets in Winston - Salem from 9 a . m . to 4 p . m . on Monday , Feb . 26 , and Tuesday , Feb . 27 , for sewer system cleaning and inspection . The contractor is responsible for all traffic control and only portions will be closed at any given time . Flaggers will direct traffic and motorists are encouraged to plan for alternate routes .
