   Work continues on the Sprague Neighborhood Sewer Rehabilitation project in Winston - Salem . Mansfield Street will be closed to through traffic between Marble and Waterbury streets weekdays from 9 a . m . to 4 p . m . starting Monday , Feb . 19 . Work is expected to be completed by Friday , Feb . 23 , weather permitting . The contractor is responsible for all traffic control and motorists are encouraged to plan for alternate routes .
