Atlanta’s E - 911 Communications Division is aware of a cellular disruption affecting AT&T customers .  E - 911 is able to receive inbound calls and make outbound calls . There are no disruptions to Atlanta’s E - 911 .

   UPDATE as of 10:30am:
   Atlanta’s E - 911 is aware of a cellular disruption affecting various cell phone carrier customers .
   As a result of the disruption , the Atlanta E - 911 non - emergency lines are now down .
   The issue is impacting E - 911 ' s ability to receive inbound non - emergency calls made to 404 - 658 - 6666 and 311 .
