   City water crews will work to replace a broken valve on Surby Avenue , at its intersection with Foster Avenue , resulting in a temporary water shut off during work hours tomorrow , Wednesday , March 20 .
   The temporary water shut off will impact the following areas:
    - Foster Avenue , between West Columbia Avenue and Wentworth Avenue
    - Surby Avenue , between Foster Avenue and Circle Drive
   Crews expect the work to begin by 8 a . m . and be completed by 3 p . m . Wednesday , March 20 .
   While there are no expected road closures during this valve replacement work , neighbors are reminded to be aware of crews working in the area .
   We appreciate everyone’s patience during all work on our city’s infrastructure .
