   temporary road closurewill impact the following section of Michigan Avenue:
   Westbound lane of Michigan Avenue , between Division Street North and Capital Avenue SW
   Crews expect the manhole repair work to begin by 7 a . m . and be
   completed by 4 p . m . Thursday , Jan . 4
    , with the temporary road closure lifting at the same time .
