LOMPOC , CA , January 22 , 2024 – The City of Lompoc’s water and electric divisions are collecting feedback from customers via digital surveys . As a new incentive , customers who participate in the surveys will be entered in a drawing to win a $50 credit on an upcoming Lompoc utility bill .
   Customers will receive one prize drawing entry for each of the water and electric surveys they take , with a maximum of two entries . Prize drawings will be conducted every two weeks starting Friday , January 26 and lasting until March 1 . The survey is expected to close on Monday , February 29 .
   The surveys are to gather customer opinion regarding their perception of and satisfaction with their water and electric utilities , customer and field service experiences , communication preferences and interest in programs and services . The City of Lompoc is working with GreatBlue Research , Inc . to conduct the surveys . Lompoc residents are encouraged to fill out each of the surveys , which are available in English and Spanish . Paper versions of the survey are available by request .

   As required by the Code of Ethics of the National Council on Public Polls and the United States Privacy Act of 1974 , GreatBlue Research , Inc . maintains the anonymity of respondents to surveys the firm conducts .
   The digital survey is available online through the city’s website at cityoflompoc . com , will be posted to the city’s social media channels , and is also being promoted via messaging on utility bills .
