Notice is hereby given that the City of Delaware Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing at City Hall at 6:30 pm on Wednesday June 1 , 2022 .
The following cases are a public hearing:
2022 - 1093:
A request by Lucy Ridge LLC . , for approval of a Rezoning Amendment from R - 4 ( Medium Density Residential District ) , R - 6 ( Multi - Family Residential District ) , and B - 3 ( Community Business District ) to R - 4 and R - 6 for Lucy Ridge Apartments on approximately 47 . 257 acres located west of Troy Road and north of Westfield Hills Subdivision .
2022 - 1497:
A request by 15 Flax LLC & 117 East Central LLC . , for approval of a Rezoning Amendment from B - 3 ( Community Business District ) and M - 1 ( Light Manufacturing District ) to B - 3 and M - 1 PMU ( Community Business District and Light Manufacturing District with a Planned Mixed Use Overlay District ) for The Mill on Flax on approximately 4 . 6817 acres located north of East Central Avenue and east of the Olentangy River .
2022 - 1498:
A request by 15 Flax LLC & 117 East Central LLC . , for approval of a Conditional Use Permit allowing the placement of PMU ( Planned Mixed Use Overlay District ) to be established for The Mill on Flax on approximately 4 . 6817 acres located north of East Central Avenue and east of the Olentangy River .
