Preliminary information: On May 20 , 2022 , Atlanta police responded to 3072 Imperial Cir SW on a dispute with a weapon call . Upon arrival , officers spoke with a male later identified as Quincey Rogers who stated while he was driving in the area of Greenbriar Pkwy , he was cut off by another driver . He admitted that as the vehicle was going around him , he pointed his gun at the driver . At that time , he advised the driver of the other vehicle then got in front of him and made a sudden stop . He then drove past the other driver’s vehicle when he fired a shot at the vehicle .
He stated the other driver followed him to his residence at 3072 Imperial Cir SW and that is when he retrieved a firearm and began firing at the other driver again . Upon further investigation , Mr . Rogers was subsequently charged with Aggravated Assault and Damage to property and was transported to the Fulton County Jail without incident . The victim did not sustain any injuries .
