Hey , check it out! William Scott Fogg , a 37 - year - old dude from Altoona , Florida , got busted for having a firearm even though he ' s a convicted felon . If he ' s found guilty , he could be looking at 15 years in the slammer . This all went down on Aug . 28 , 2023 , when Fogg went up to his girlfriend ' s truck with her kids inside . He hopped in , grabbed a loaded pistol from the center console , and even threatened to shoot them all . Thankfully , the cops showed up and arrested him , recovering the gun . Turns out , Fogg has quite the rap sheet , with eight felonies under his belt since 2008 , including burglary , grand theft , and drug possession . Not cool , man . The Bureau of Alcohol , Tobacco , Firearms and Explosives and the Lake County Sheriff’s Office were on the case . And get this , they ' re prosecuting him under Project Safe Neighborhoods , a program aimed at reducing violent crime and gun violence . Let ' s hope justice is served!
