   : On 03/15/24 at 10:37 a . m . , deputies responded to the 0 - 100 block of W . Cedar Court , in Kendall Township for a report of fraud . The investigation is ongoing .
   2024 - 0819 , Deceptive Practice
   : On 03/15/24 at 4:17 p . m . , deputies responded to the 0 - 100 block of Willow Lane , in Bristol Township for a report of fraud . The investigation is ongoing .
   2024 - 0822 , Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by Driver:  On 3/15/24 at 8:22p . m . , deputies conducted a traffic stop near Route 31 and Caterpillar Drive , Oswego Township .   The driver , Alma Aguilera , a 27 - year - old female from the 600 Block of S Broadway St , Aurora , was cited for possession of cannabis in an unapproved container by a driver .   She was released with a notice to appear .  
   2024 - 0823 , Unlawful Possession of Cannabis by Driver/Passenger:
   On 03/15/24 at 8:46 p . m . , deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Route 31 and Caterpillar Dr . , Oswego Township .   Contact was made with the driver , Clement Q . Jones , a 30 - year - old male from the 1000 block of Pennsylvania Ave . in Aurora . , who was cited for possession of cannabis in unapproved container by a driver . Jones was cited and released with a notice to appear .   A passenger , Lameka E . Meeks , a 28 - year - old female from the 1200 block of Light Rd . in Oswego Township , was cited for possession of cannabis in unapproved container by a passenger . Meeks was cited and released with a notice to appear .
   2024 - 0825 , DUI:
     On 3/15/2024 at 11:49p . m . , deputies made contact with Kadeem Thornton , a 30 - year - old man from the 400 Block of Gregory Ave , Glendale Heights near Chicago St and Madison St , Oswego .   Thronton was arrested for DUI and transported to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office for processing .  
   2024 - 0826 , No Valid Driver’s License:
   On 03/16/24 at 12:39 a . m . , deputies conducted a traffic stop on Autumn Creek Boulevard near Orchid Road in Bristol Township for speeding . Ajonta Flournoy , a 23 - year - old male from the 6400 block of Damen Avenue in Chicago , was cited for driving on a no valid driver’s license . Flournoy was issued a notice to appear and released .
   2024 - 0827 , Domestic Battery: 
   On 3/16/2024 at 1:06 a . m . , deputies responded to the 0 - 100 Block of Sierra Road , Oswego Township for a report of a domestic battery .   The case is under investigation .  
   The Sheriff ' s Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law .
