2024 - 0790 , Credit Card Fraud:On 03/12/24 at 2:51 p . m . , deputies took a desk report at the Sheriff Office reference credit card fraud that occurred on 2 - 29 - 24 . The investigation is ongoing .
2024 - 0791 , Unlawful Visitation Interference:
On 03/12/24 at 2:07 p . m . , deputies took a report for Unlawful Visitation Interference which occurred in the 0 - 100 block of W Lexington Circle in unincorporated Bristol Township . The investigation is ongoing .
2024 - 0794 , DUI / Possession of a Controlled Substance:
On 03/13/24 at 1:14 a . m . , deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 31 near Albright Road in Oswego Township for expired registration . Stephen Pedersen , a 38 - year - old male from the 1100 block of Foxridge Lane in Aurora , was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled substance . Pedersen was transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing .
The Sheriff ' s Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law .
