Responsibilities:
Assist with the activities and workflow in the front lobby in accordance with department policies and procedures. Greet the public in a professional manner as they enter the building. Inquire as to services need and direct clients to the appropriate area according to services needed. Check client names upon entry and compare to Appraisal appointments schedule. Monitor client presence at service window when called. Provide and assist clients with completion of forms. Answer the telephone, direct calls, and take messages in a prompt and professional manner. Photocopy forms and applications. Maintain appropriate level of applications and other paperwork in lobby bins on a daily basis. Walk around lobby to keep tidy by picking up paper, pencils, etc. Maintain strict confidentiality and appropriately manage sensitive information. Report unusual or unsafe issues to supervision. Assist staff with daily operations as requested. Maintain and increase knowledge and skills through attendance at meetings in service training sessions. Perform additional duties and assignments as requested.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or G.E.D., and a minimum of six (6) months of experience in a clerical or related office position.
