Pentagon Technologies Group , Inc . ( “Pentagon” , a wholly owned subsidiary of Kurita Water Industries Ltd . ) , a critical materials supplier of advanced chamber cleaning equipment consumables to leading - edge semiconductor foundries , has announced that it is building a new cleaning facility on Ellsworth Road in the Gateway area of southeast Mesa . The facility is expected to be operational in Q4 2024 .
Pentagon’s project is underway with all required building and land acquisition , facility design , and permitting due diligence completed . Representing over $50 million in capital investment , the 65 , 500 square - foot space will be the company’s largest precision cleaning facility and use extensive cutting - edge technologies and optimized operation processes to align with the needs of fellow industry leaders . It will create up to 300 new jobs over the next several years .
