☷Harrisburg Man Sentenced to 65 Months Imprisonment for Possessing Ammunition As Previously Convicted Felon

In Harrisburg , Pennsylvania , Jason Robles , a former resident , has been sentenced to 65 months in prison , three years of supervised release , and a $100 fine for possessing ammunition as a convicted felon . This comes after an incident in August 2021 where Robles was speeding on a motorcycle on I - 81 in Cumberland County . A state trooper tried to stop him , leading to a high - speed chase reaching speeds of up to 115 mph . Eventually , Robles was caught and found with heroin , marijuana , cocaine base , and a loaded . 9mm Polymer handgun without a serial number , also known as a "ghost gun . " Prior to this , Robles had been convicted of a state felony drug offense in 2021 and a federal drug offense in 2002 , which prohibited him from having firearms or ammunition . The investigation was conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police and the Bureau of Alcohol , Tobacco , and Firearms ( ATF ) , and the case was prosecuted by Assistant U . S . Attorneys Bruce D . Brandler and Paul J . Miovas .
