Five employees of the
Sausalito Police Department
were recognized for their outstanding performance during the department ' s annual all - hands meeting on Wednesday , February 7 .
Awards were presented by Chief Stacie Gregory , Lieutenant Brandon Rodgers , and Lieutenant Brian Mather . Chief Gregory also used the meeting to review the department ' s 2023 accomplishments and discuss goals for the new year .
Employee of the Year Award:
Presented to Corporal Ryan Walsh for his contributions to the department ' s policing mission and for serving as an outstanding role model .
Captain Mark Thomas Award:
Presented to Officer Jesse Guidi in recognition of his excellent customer service and positive demeanor .
Superior Performance Award:
Presented to parking enforcement officers Marie Coleman and Beth DiLego for keeping the parking services division running smoothly during an extended time when the department was without a parking services manager .
Superior Performance Award:
Presented to Sergeant Nick White in recognition of his efforts investigating a human trafficking case .
