7th St . from Prospect Ave . to Pacific Coast Highway
What to Expect:
Access to driveways and the street on Prospect Ave . and 7th St . will be restricted during work hours
Temporary street closures with associated detours in place
Parking restrictions where posted
Intermittent loud construction noises
Minimal dust or smell
Expect delays and use alternate routes when possible
