NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the
City Council
of the City of Hermosa Beach shall hold a public hearing on
Tuesday , January 23 , 2024
to consider the following:
CITY COUNCIL REVIEW OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ( CUP 23 - 12 / APE 23 - 08 ) AMENDMENT APPROVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION INCORPORATING ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL RELATED TO THE ON - SALE SERVICE OF ALCOHOL ( BEER AND WINE ) AT AN EXISTING RESTRAURANT ( PEDONES’S PIZZA AND FINE FOODS ) LOCATED AT 1332 HERMOSA AVENUE WITHIN THE GENERAL COMMERCIAL ( C - 2 ) ZONE; AND DETERMINE THAT THE PROJECT IS CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT ( CEQA ) .
SAID PUBLIC MEETING
is open to the public and being held in - person in the City Hall Council Chambers located at 1315 Valley Drive , Hermosa Beach , CA 90254 . Public comment is only guaranteed to be taken in person at City Hall during the meeting or prior to the meeting by submitting an eComment , email or letter for an item on the agenda .
