Notice of Hybrid Remote Public Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the
Collier County Hearing Examiner
will meet on
Thursday , January 25 ,
at9:00 a . m .
This will be a Hybrid Remote
meeting held in conference room 610 at the Growth Management Department/Planning & Regulation building , 2800 N . Horseshoe Drive , Naples , Florida . The public may attend either remotely or in person .

The deadline to register is 8:00 a . m . on January 25

Individuals who register will receive an email in advance of the meeting detailing how they can participate .
Remote participation is provided as a courtesy and is at the user’s risk . The County is not responsible for technical issues .
About the public meeting:
All interested parties are invited to attend and register to speak . All registered public speakers will be limited to five minutes unless changed by the Hearing Examiner .
Collier County Ordinance No . 2004 - 05 requires that all lobbyists shall , before engaging in any lobbying activities ( including , but not limited to , addressing the Board of County Commissioners , an advisory board , or quasi - judicial board ) , register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department .
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication or other reasonable accommodations to participate in this proceeding should contact the Collier County Facilities Management Division , located at 3335 Tamiami Trail E . , Suite 101 , Naples , Florida 34112 , or ( 239 ) 252 - 8380 , as soon as possible , but no later than 48 hours before the scheduled event .
