Notice of Hybrid Remote Public Meeting

9:00 a . m . Notice is hereby given that the
Collier County Tourist Development Council
will meet on
Tuesday , January 16 ,
at
9:00 a . m .
This will be a Hybrid Remote meeting and it will be held at the Board of County Commissioners Chambers , third floor , Collier County Government Center , 3299 Tamiami Trail E . , Naples , Florida . Some of the Council members may be appearing remotely , with staff present in person . The public may participate either remotely or in person .
Individuals who would like to participate in person must complete and submit a speaker form prior to the beginning of the discussion about the item .

The deadline to participate remotely is January 12 . After registering , you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting . Remote participation is provided as a courtesy and is at the user’s risk . The County is not responsible for technical issues .
About the public meeting:
Two or more members of the Board of County Commissioners , Coastal Advisory Committee , City of Naples City Council , and City of Marco Island City Council may be present and participate at the meeting . The subject matter of this meeting may be an item for discussion and action at future meetings of these Boards .
All interested parties are invited to attend , and to register to speak . All registered public speakers will be limited to three minutes unless changed by the chairman .
Collier County Ordinance No . 2004 - 05 requires that all lobbyists shall , before engaging in any lobbying activities ( including , but not limited to , addressing the Board of County Commissioners , an advisory board or quasi - judicial board ) , register with the Clerk to the Board at the Board Minutes and Records Department .
