City , state and federal offices will be closed Monday , Jan . 15 , for the Martin Luther King , Jr . holiday . The city ' s business office will also be closed Saturday , Jan . 13 .
   Monday ' s garbage and recycling routes will be collected Tuesday . Tuesday routes will also be delayed a day . Thursday and Friday routes will be on schedule , but there won ' t be special trash pickups that week .
   City parks will be open , emergency services and utilities will be staffed as always , and Wilson RIDE will operate; book with the Via app . If you have the day off , enjoy your long weekend!
