Department : Municipal Court
Reporting Responsibility: Assistant Court Administration
Pay Grade: 15
Job Summary:
Under direct supervision of the Assistant Court Administrator. Performs clerical and quasi-judicial administrative functions necessary to support the Municipal Court, requiring knowledge of Municipal Court procedures and traffic laws. Provides support to the Warrant Officer and Court Clerk II in their functions of administering justice. Has extensive public contact requiring judgment, initiative, discretion, and tact. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must have effective communication skills, ability to work in fast-paced, high stress environment, and deal with conflict. Must have cash handling experience Preference will be given to a candidate that has experience with Municipal Court procedures and Incode software.
Spanish language skills are a plus
