League City is partnering with the Clear Creek Environmental Foundation and other local and regional organizations for the annual Clear Creek Cleanup occurring every Saturday and Sunday in January , culminating with a final cleanup on Saturday , February 3 .
   How Can I Participate
   Volunteers are needed for the weekend cleanups which begin at 8 a . m . at the League City boat ramp located on Highway 270 between Highway 518 and Nasa Rd 1 .  Cleanup bags and boat transportation will be provided , or volunteers can provide their boat , kayak , or jet ski and meet at the boat ramp .
   Boats leave at 9 a . m . and drop volunteers off at select locations to pick up trash . All ages are welcome , but minors must be accompanied by an adult . There is no need to pre - register; just show up and volunteer on one or more of the dates listed below . Be sure to dress appropriately and be prepared for cold or rainy weather . Community service hours will be provided to those who volunteer .

   February 3 ( final event includes free t - shirts and lunch provided by Esteban’s Café while supplies last )
