At 5:20 p . m . Tuesday , Feb . 20 , a light gray and dark green winter jacket with a black lined hood was stolen from a table outside La Cantina in the Vail Transportation Center . A subject was seen on video taking the jacket and leaving the area on foot .   At the time of the theft , the subject was wearing and red and black flannel jacket with gray undershirt , gray Carhartt beanie hat , and dark blue Vail Resorts ski pants with white and black shoes and a black backpack .
