SYSTEMS ANALYST
IT Department, Administrative Services Bureau
Hourly, Non-Exempt Classified Full Time (40hrs/wk)
Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to assist employees with computer hardware, software, or peripheral problems and maintain a working knowledge of the problems and solutions provided. This role will provide Tier 1 support to our employees via phone, email and computer chat, ask appropriate questions and use knowledge and resources to diagnose and resolve their issues. Issues will be escalated that extend beyond Tier I span of control.
Experience & Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or GED with vocational training supplemented by minimum one (1) year previous relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Requires a valid driver’s license.
Pay & Benefits:
The wage range is $22.65 to $31.84 per hour in Pay Band 2 of the City Wage Ordinance. Benefits include: vacation & sick leave; medical, dental, vision insurance; Ohio Public Employees Retirement (OPERS). For more information on benefits, visit
