Social Service Funds Grant applications to be accepted starting Feb . 12
   The City of Lewisville will begin accepting Requests for Proposals for Social Service Funds Grants for the 2024 - 25 program year on Monday , Feb . 12 .
   This application process is open to all 501c ( 3 ) nonprofit agencies or government entities with eligible social service programs benefiting low - to - moderate - income Lewisville residents . An estimated $117 , 580 will be available for Community Development Block Grant funds , based on last year’s allocation .
   The deadline to submit applications is 5 p . m . on Friday , March 8 .
   Interested applicants must
   watch a Pre - Application Workshop video
    , complete a brief eligibility screening , and take a
   training quizto verify they have received the training . For returning applicants , this video and quiz will take the place of the previous , in - person pre - application training .
