   2020 - 0629 , Fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer:On 02/27/24 at 07:33 a . m . , deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 25 and Circle Drive E in Oswego Township for speeding . Steven S Townsend , a 24 - year - old male from the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass in Oswego Township , was cited for Fleeing or attempting to elude a peace officer . Steven was issued a notice to appear .
   2024 - 0638 , Driving on a
   Suspended Driver ' s License -
    On 02 - 28 - 24 at 10:06 a . p . , deputies made a traffic stop at Route 52 and Church Rd . , in Lisbon Township .   The driver , Peter W . Gerard , a 56 year old male , from the 1300 Block of Somner Ln , Minooka , IL was arrested for Driving on a Suspended Driver ' s License and also cited for speeding .   The driver was given a court date and released on a Notice to Appear .  
    
   The Sheriff ' s Office would like to remind the public that all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law .
