2024 - 0563 , ID Theft:
On 02/22/24 at 10:37 a . m . , deputies responded to the 0 - 99 block of Amanda Road in Bristol Township for a report of identity theft . The investigation is ongoing .
2024 - 0564 , Violation of an OP:
On 02/22/24 at 11:51 a . m . , deputies responded to the Kendall County Courthouse for a report of a violation of an order of protection . The investigation is ongoing .
2024 - 0565 , Domestic Battery:
On 02/22/24 at 1:00 p . m . , deputies responded to the 1400 block of Light Road in Oswego Township for a report of domestic battery . After investigation , a 16 - year - old juvenile was taken into custody for domestic battery and transported to the Kendall County Jail for processing .
2024 - 0569 , Speeding:
On 2/22/24 at 9:14p . m . , deputies completed a traffic stop near Route 31 and Mill Road . The driver , Emma Latham , a 38 - year - old female from the 1300 Block of Marketplace Drive , Yorkville , was cited for speeding 26 - 35mph over the speed limit . She was released with a notice to appear .
