   CHESTERFIELD COUNTY , VA – 
   Chesterfield County Police are asking for the public’s help to locate a man who was last seen on Jan . 1 , 2024 .
   Benjamin G . Brooks , 40 , was last seen on the afternoon of Monday , Jan . 1 , in the Chester area . He reportedly left his residence in the 2300 block of Golden Garden Circle and has not returned home .  
   Brooks is described as a white male , about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 220 pounds . He has brown hair and brown eyes . He was last seen wearing a fluorescent yellow jacket , blue jeans , brown boots and a green hat . Brooks has tattoos covering most of his back , chest and upper arms .
