NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVENthat a regular meeting of the Pittsfield Township Zoning Board of Appeals will be held at the Pittsfield Township Administration Building located at 6201 W . Michigan Avenue , Ann Arbor , MI 48108 on Monday , January 22 , 2024 at 6:30 p . m .
   At this meeting , the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing ZBA #23 - 09 – 2777 Oak Valley , Ann Arbor , MI 48103 to consider a request for a variance from the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of Pittsfield Township , Article 15 , Section 15 . 07 to permit signs that exceed the permitted allowance .  The property is located at 2777 Oak Valley , Ann Arbor , MI , tax parcel L - 12 - 06 - 475 - 006 , in Section 6 , Pittsfield Charter Township , Washtenaw County , Michigan .
   Additional information may be obtained at the Township Administration Building , and may be examined until the date of the hearing Monday through Friday , between the hours of 8:00 a . m . and 5:00 p . m .
