   While doing her daily plan review tasks , Nakeisha volunteered to co - manage and coordinate the City ' s :Belonging in Bozeman" Diversity , Equity and Inclusion Plan and all the research and outreach involved in preparing the policies and implementation actions of that plan . This plan implements one of the strategies of the City ' s Strategic Plan to achieve "A safe , welcoming community" and I am proud of the Plan and the work of Dani Hess and Nakeisha Lyon in helping to bring it to fruition .
