MMIA is providing City of Bozeman employees with Defensive Driving Training on Thursday , March 7th from 8:00am to 12:00pm in the BPSC Community Room
This training is for
any employees who drive city vehicles on a regular basis
. The course can be applicable for all types of drivers from the perspective of normal driving behaviors , but this is not a course for CDL or EMS driving certifications .
Please check with your supervisor prior to signing up!
The course is broken up into 4 parts , about 55 - 70 minutes each , with a short 5 minute break in between . There will be a quiz at the end of each part .
Attendees HAVE to be engaged . Certificates of completion will not be provided to those that are not engaged , fall asleep , or are on their phone/computer .
To
sign up for the class in the LMS
, use the following steps:
Log into the LMS via the Intranet
Locate and click the Calendar in the top menu
Click over to March
Click on the 7th
Click on the 8am time slot
You will be redirected , click the green enroll button
Once you have enrolled you can click the “Add to External Calendar” button to add it to your Outlook calendar
If you need to un - enroll for any reason you can do so through the LMS or by giving Eilis Redmond a call in HR at 406 - 582 - 2930
